When online urgent care may help

An online consultation may be useful when you need prompt medical advice but do not have severe or rapidly worsening symptoms. Examples can include a new infection, urinary symptoms, fever, cough, sore throat, allergies, stomach symptoms, minor skin problems, medication questions or a follow-up concern. The clinician decides whether remote assessment is appropriate.
