No app to install, no account to create. Just a quick form and WhatsApp, an app you already have. Simple, hassle-free and convenient, from start to finish.
Open "Speak to a Doctor" and tell us your name, your location, and what's going on. It takes under a minute — no account, no download.
Tap submit and WhatsApp opens on your phone with your details already typed out — you just tap send. No new app, no password to remember.
We match you with an available, licensed doctor and confirm a time that works for you — usually within 15 minutes.
At your appointment time, tap the link we send — the call happens right inside WhatsApp, straight from your browser or the app. No downloads.
After the call, you'll get a clear plan and, if needed, an e-prescription you can take straight to any pharmacy.
Your Doctor Abroad is designed to keep the first steps simple for people who are travelling or living away from home. You can describe your current location, preferred language and medical concern through the booking process. The request is then reviewed so that an appropriate consultation route can be arranged.
During a video consultation, the clinician may ask about your symptoms, medical history, medicines, allergies and relevant circumstances. Depending on the problem, the clinician may provide medical advice, recommend follow-up, discuss whether treatment is appropriate, or advise you to seek local in-person assessment. Remote consultation cannot replace examination, testing or immediate local treatment when those are needed.
For the best consultation, have your current medicines, allergies, previous diagnoses and any relevant reports available. If you have already received treatment during your trip, tell the clinician what you were given and whether it helped.
The clinician will assess whether the concern can be managed through an online consultation and will advise if an in-person medical assessment is needed.
