Your Doctor Abroad was built to connect travellers, expats and locals with hassle-free, convenient urgent care, wherever they are. But we want to go further — our long-term goal is to make our medical consultations completely free, starting with the people who need them most.
We've already kept our prices as low as we can, so care stays within reach for as many people as possible while providing the best possible care available to each of our patients. Even so, we know that even a low cost can still be out of reach for some — low-income families, and people in regions with little access to a doctor at all.
Our ultimate goal goes further: make consultations completely free, at least for those who truly can't afford them, through the generosity of donors. Every donation goes directly toward covering the cost of a real consultation for someone who couldn't otherwise afford one.
Any amount goes into our care fund — there's no minimum, and no fee is taken out.
People who can't afford a consultation are matched first, starting with the most urgent cases.
